How to become a Member

Step1

Provide your individual or organization’s details and contact information.

Step 2

i. Confirm your Organization’s approval of the Sustainable Health Principles by submitting the relevant declaration below on your company’s letterhead, signed by your CEO or equivalent

- Declaration for Individual Members

- Declaration for Institutional Members

ii. Provide an organization chart, showing the different legal entities within your organization structure for Institutional Members.

iii. Email your completed forms to info@unshp.org

Step 3

Once you have submitted your application it will be reviewed by the Secretariat. We aim to process applications within two weeks, depending on whether we come back to you with any queries, and once provisionally approved we will send you an invoice for your UNSHP fee (For Individual and Institutional Members)

Once payment is received, your application will be approved and you will receive an official welcome message confirming your status as a Member including:

-Certificate of Sustainable Health Membership

-An Instruction to the UNSHP’s logo for use on your website

-An invoice for your Next annual membership fee
